Neecee is a personable, professional face painter who loves what she does and has 10+ years of experience doing it successfully. She uses only professional grade cosmetics that are made for face painting. Neecee renders beautiful masks and full face animal masks in a few minutes per face. She is an artist and can paint custom requests too. She especially loves the reaction when holding up the mirror to a client! Everybody is happy! Neecee was one of the first face painters ever hired by Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and has been cruise ship painting for over nine years. Hire her for your event and you will be more than happy with her artwork and fun personality!
