Live Party/Event Caricatures
Corey has been caricaturing professionally for nearly ten years. Starting out as an apprentice to Tom Richmond of MAD Magazine (current president of the National Cartoonists’ Society and former president of the National Caricaturists Network ) and working aside living legends in the caricature field for three years he then set out on the road and has worked just about every state fair, mall, amusement park, or birthday party you can think of. Most notable stints include 2 year contracts at Minnesota’s Mall of America and the Valley Fair amusement park.
Corey currently teaches workshops in cartooning and caricature for the Kent District Library system and can be seen every Thursday night from May-September caricaturing pedestrians for the city of Holland, MI.
