Live Party/Event Face Painting

I am a Chicago high school teacher and mother of two. I am currently finishing my master’s degree in child development, and I am a secret chocoholic.

I started face painting in 2005 when I spent an incredible summer face painting at a camp for children with cancer. Since then I have had the opportunity to face paint at birthday parties, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, family bbqs, corporate events, holiday parties and so much more!

I know that when I come to your event I am not just providing a service — I am offering your event guests a chance to be thoroughly entertained! Not only do kids of all ages love being painted, but those standing in line are treated to watching an artist at work.

Regarding my art:

– I am a face painter, henna artist, and makeup artist. When doing henna I use Body Art Quality (BAQ) henna that I create using ingredients from reputable suppliers. I NEVER use dangerous black henna!

– I am certified in airbrush makeup application from Kett Cosmetics.

– Because I got my start in a more medical setting, I am scrupulous regarding hygiene and allergy information. I have a “no food near the paints” policy, I use disposable lip brushes to minimize germs, I use one sponge per person and I do not “double dip” my brushes or sponges.
