Live Party/Event Caricatures

Lothar has studied at the Natl. Academies of the Fine Arts in Vienna, Austria and Basel, Switzerland and holds a Master-Degree in the Fine Arts from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. He has been doing fine art for 30 years and event art for “only” 20 years. His caricatures have been published in the Chicago Tribune and national trade magazines, his fine art was shown in the Rotunda of the Capitol Building, Washington, and galleries here and in Europe. Recently, he was commissioned to paint the President of McDonald’s Corporation North America and the President of the United States, Barack H. Obama for a special exhibit by the City of Chicago.

Lothar’s areas of specialization in the event art scene range from “Museum Sketches” i.e. classical realistic portraiture, humorous caricatures and innovative 3 D silhouettes to large scale full figure portraits and collaborative gallery canvas collaborations with event participants. His client list comprises a Who’s Who from the American corporate, collegiate and sports arena and includes both Chicago baseball teams, the Walgreens family and the Art Institute of Chicago.

Rates*	• $150 per hour. • All prices U.S. dollars, see minimum times (above)
Speed**	• 15 to 20 people per hour, black & white, heads only. • 6 to 10 people per hour, black & white, with bodies. • 8 to 10 people per hour, color, heads only. • 4 to 6 people per hour, color, with bodies. • Also offers "Minute Man" caricatures - up to 45 drawings per hour! 8 1/2" x 11" paper. Add $100 per hour to base rate
Size	• 11"x14", 8.5x11, Also offers GIGANTIcatures on 30" x 50" paper. Add $100 per hour to base rate.

and generally include Thanksgiving through New Years and 3-day weekends.
